We will be reopening our Wilder and Richwood locations on Friday, May 22 and open normal hours under Kentucky Government suggested restaurant social distancing guidelines and requirements...that was a mouthful.
Come support Longnecks and your favorite servers, bartenders, cooks and managers at the socially distanced bar, dining room, or patio as we start THE COMEBACK. More tables will be returned to the building and separating “X’d” out tables will be reopened as the Kentucky Government allows us to expand capacity. We can still support large parties but MUST require separating into groups of no more than 10 guests at a time between closed off tables and will be forced to dismiss any congregations of more than 10. Barring personal health or safety concerns, as stated in the Kentucky State Guidelines for reopening, our staff will be required to wear facial coverings. Also, we will be cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and menus constantly while providing sanitizer to each table for personal use.
For the foreseeable future, as long as the nation is under a respiratory viral watch, Wilder will join Richwood in reopening Non-Smoking.
Also, regrettably, for the foreseeable future, our Hebron location will be unable to reopen with the other locations due to lack of available staff. However, all willing staff in the Hebron will still be with us bolstering our Wilder and Richwood locations until we reopen in Hebron. In the meantime we will be hiring all positions at all locations while offering our same great pay in effort to reopen Hebron as soon as possible while keeping the Wilder and Richwood staff strong. Click here to apply.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
After years of working in the industrial sales world, Gary Anthonissen with his family went all-in and opened the first Longnecks Sports Grill next to the Licking River in Wilder, Kentucky on August 31, 2007. The second Longnecks Sports Grill was opened in Hebron, Kentucky on August 4th, 2013 and within a decade of it’s original store, Longnecks opened the third location in the summer of 2017 in Walton, Kentucky off the I-75 Richwood exit. Major sports enthusiasts as well as lifelong fans of the local Cincinnati pro football franchise, Longnecks dons the appropriate colors of orange and black with orange being a very inviting color that is cheerful, warm and representing of our wonderful crew. However also being big Kentucky Basketball fans, blue is a color that can quite often be found being worn amongst the owners and staff. Gary opened Longnecks with the intentions of providing an enjoyable social environment to the community where family, friends and associates together could enjoy great food and cold alcoholic refreshments any time day or night Sunday thru Saturday...especially on Game Day. Game Day presents quite an exciting atmosphere at Longnecks Sports Grill and becomes the next best thing to being at the game in person.
